Yes, 100%. Our platform is pre-configured with Telangana PT slab rates and automatically calculates PT deductions for each employee based on their salary. We update the system immediately whenever the government revises PT rates. PT returns can also be filed directly from the platform.

Which biometric devices are compatible with the attendance module?

We support 50+ biometric device models including ZKTeco (full range), Suprema, Mantra, ESSL, Matrix, and BioMax devices. Both fingerprint and face recognition devices are supported. Integration uses standard TCP/IP protocols — our team will configure the connection during implementation at no extra charge.

How is TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculated under Section 192?

Our platform calculates TDS under Section 192 automatically based on each employee's tax regime (Old or New), declared investments (80C, 80D, HRA, LTA), and projected annual income. Employees submit their Form 12BB declarations through the self-service portal. TDS is adjusted dynamically each month based on updated declarations.

Can the software handle PF contributions and generate ECR files?

Yes. The platform calculates both employee and employer PF contributions (12% each on basic salary), generates the ECR (Electronic Challan cum Return) file in the exact EPFO-prescribed format, and allows direct upload to the EPFO portal. PF challan generation, UAN management, and KYC verification tracking are all included.

Is there a mobile app for employees?

Yes! Both iOS and Android apps are available for free download. Employees can mark GPS-based attendance, apply for leaves, view payslips, check leave balances, access the company directory, and raise HR helpdesk tickets. Managers can approve leaves, view team attendance, and access reports from the mobile app as well.

What happens to our data if we decide to leave the platform?

Your data belongs to you. If you choose to leave, we provide a complete data export in standard formats (Excel, CSV, JSON) — including all employee records, payroll history, attendance logs, and documents. Data is retained for 90 days after account termination to ensure you have ample time to complete the export.

Does the platform support employees in multiple Indian states?

Yes. We support all 28 states and 8 union territories with their respective PT rates, LWF contributions, and local compliance requirements. You can configure state-specific settings for each of your office locations. This is particularly useful for Hyderabad-headquartered companies with offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, or Delhi.
