From a frustration in Mehdipatnam to 500+ Hyderabad companies
factoHR Hyderabad started in 2019 with one question on a small whiteboard at our Mehdipatnam office: why does every HR software treat Telangana like an afterthought? Professional Tax slabs were hard-coded for Maharashtra. ESI logic forgot Telangana minimum wages. LWF deductions broke on every revision.
We built the answer. Telangana PT slabs, Hyderabad municipal LWF, Shops & Establishments Act workflows, EPF and ESI bulk filings, and the Telangana Labour Department's exact form formats. All pre-configured. All updated when notifications change.
